At Camp Baker on the Oregon Coast

Kick off your summer camping season with a relaxing getaway at beautiful Camp Baker. Whether you’re looking for an outdoor adventure or a peaceful retreat, our Memorial Day Family Camp is the perfect “home base” for exploring the rugged beauty of the Oregon Coast. 

Customized Camping Experiences

We offer flexible options to ensure your family stays comfortable and eats well. 

  • Lodging: Pitch your own tent for a classic camping experience or elevate your weekend by staying in one of our Adirondack shelters or cabins.
  • Dining: Bring your own food and cook in your campsite or add meals to have our staff cook for you for the weekend.
  • Waterfront: The Camp Baker waterfront will be open throughout the weekend for swimming in Siltcoos Lake, so make sure you pack your swimsuits.

General Information

  • At least one family member must be a registered Scouter.
  • To camp near another family, please specify their name during registration.
  • Fireworks, alcohol, drugs, and pets are not allowed on any Scouting property.

Cost

  • Tent Site: $45 + $33 per person in the group
  • Adirondack Site: $60 + $33 per person in the group
  • *Cabin: $125 + $33 per person in the group
  • Meals Provided by Camp: $54 per person (add on to registration)

*Cooking is not allowed in the camp cabins. The cabin housing option requires the purchase or camp-provided meals.

2025 Council Dinner / Auction
& Online Silent Auction

The  Pacific Crest Council Dinner/Auction is this week!!

This important fundraiser for the council is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025 at the Eugene Country Club. You will not want to miss participating either at the live dinner/auction or in the on-line silent auction  to raise funds that support the Scouting America programs the council offers to youth in 8 counties.
