Why the Popcorn Sale Matters
The annual popcorn sale is vital for delivering exceptional Scouting programs across all levels. For your unit, the funds raised directly support your local activities and adventures. When you sell popcorn, you help Scouts do more! It supports all three levels of our Scouting program:
- Units get the money they need to carry out their activities, multiplying their adventures.
- Scout families can save money on program costs.
- The Pacific Crest Council can maintain our cherished camps, provide essential services to units, develop innovative new programs, and ensure that Scouting is accessible to all, regardless of their circumstances.
Beyond the crucial financial support, the popcorn sale is an incredible learning experience for our youth. Scouts gain valuable life skills such as teamwork, goal-setting, and confidence-building.
